We put great care into ensuring our product images closely match the actual colors of each garment. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting during shoots, screen settings, and natural dye variations. Rest assured, these minor shifts do not compromise the beauty or quality of the outfit.

Only items listed in the product details, including extra fabric, patches, or embellishments, will be included. If something is shown in the images but not mentioned in the details, it won't be part of the product.

For our silk outfits, subtle irregularities like darker threads or texture variations are a natural result of the weaving process. These details are not flaws—they're what give the fabric its rich, authentic character and timeless appeal.

Azure emphasizes 100% customer satisfaction and provides a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy. We accept returns for damaged or faulty products within 7 days of receipt. Any complaints/queries/exchange request with regards to dress/dresses must be made on the same day. Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers need to email sales@azureofficial.pk or WhatsApp with the subject 'Returns' and provide order details and reasons for return.

1. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
2. Ecommerce tax is non-refundable.
3. Sales items can neither be exchanged nor returned.

We will provide return instructions, and customers should obtain proof of postage. Customers bear the shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a confirmation email is sent, and if approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. In the case of exchanges, adjustments to order amounts are made, and any balance is provided as online shopping vouchers or paid in cash upon delivery. Partial exchanges can be arranged by contacting customer service at WhatsApp.

Azure provides shipping services both locally and worldwide. For local orders, delivery occurs within 5 to 7 business days, with shipping initiated within 24 hours on business days. International orders, facilitated by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, take 8 to 10 business days, with shipping initiation within 24 hours upon payment gateway confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on factors like location and shipment method. Free delivery is offered for above PKR 25,000 nationwide. Orders below the specified value will incur visible shipping charges during checkout. Customers receive a Tracking ID upon dispatch via Email/SMS for order tracking on Courier Partner's websites.
